Yatra, one of India’s leading online travel companies, needed to improve network efficiency and security as business growth increased traffic, complexity, and cyber risk. With multiple service providers, separate firewalls, and limited MPLS bandwidth, Yatra’s IT team spent too much time resolving downtime and managing security across its distributed network. Tata Communications implemented a single, end-to-end network and security solution with IZO™ SDWAN for flexible, resilient connectivity and GSIGS to protect Internet traffic and replace on-premise firewalls. The results included a two-thirds reduction in customer query handling time, a 60% increase in staff productivity, and a halving of effort needed to solve network and security issues.
