Case Study: PORT Inc. achieves streamlined project management and improved task visibility with Taskworld

A Taskworld Case Study

Preview of the PORT Inc. Case Study

Our Job Is to Be a Bridge between Companies and Local Governments. We Want Local Governments to Use Taskworld

PORT Inc. is a multi‑business company whose Regional Revitalization Business acts as a bridge between companies and local governments to promote U‑turn/I‑turn migration and establish satellite offices in non‑metropolitan areas. As the number of projects grew rapidly to more than 30, PORT Inc. found spreadsheets inadequate and, after trying several tools (including Trello), selected the Taskworld task management tool for its ease of use and suitability for distributed teams.

Taskworld was rolled out so team members could track who is doing what, monitor availability and resource load, and check unfinished work using the “Overview” feature; staff access Taskworld twice daily for about 30 minutes each morning and evening. By standardizing project visibility and improving communication with the Nichinan satellite office, Taskworld helped PORT Inc. reduce labor costs while maintaining work quality and set the stage for broader adoption across the company.
