A Taskworld Case Study
28 Too Many is an award-winning nonprofit that researches and campaigns to end female genital mutilation across 28 countries, but coordinating international teams, volunteers and large research projects left the charity juggling tasks and deadlines. Operations Director Sean Callaghan tried multiple apps before adopting Taskworld’s project-management platform to organize work across time zones and complex, multi-level projects.
Using Taskworld, 28 Too Many broke roles into projects, sub-projects and specific tasks, visualized and reordered work, and tracked individual and team progress—eliminating paper lists and freeing staff time and mental overhead. Taskworld helped the charity better coordinate global teams and contributed to producing its largest report yet, "FGM in Nigeria," while delivering clear time savings and improved project visibility for the organization.
