Crossmedia takes project work and team collaboration to a new level with Taskworld

Crossmedia is a full-service, cross-media agency with more than 500 employees across Düsseldorf, Berlin, Hamburg, London and partner offices in the US. Facing fragmented, ad-hoc tool use across teams, poor cross-team communication, overflowing email and a need for GDPR-compliant, mobile-friendly collaboration and Kanban-style task management, Crossmedia evaluated several platforms and selected Taskworld as its single, all-in-one collaboration and project management solution.

Taskworld was rolled out from a December 2017 pilot to a full rollout by October 2018 and is now used by about 250 employees to manage projects and daily tasks. By consolidating communication and task ownership in Taskworld (hosted on certified German data centers), Crossmedia reports fewer emails, faster reactions across locations, clearer handovers, improved transparency and higher quality and efficiency in project work.
