A Taskworld Case Study
BistroBox, Austria’s first 24h pizzeria with 11 locations (serving some 25,000 customers and 500,000 pizzas), faced growing pains as it expanded: fragmented team communication, difficulty prioritizing work, and no clear overview of who was doing which tasks. To address these challenges the company adopted Taskworld for project and team management to replace ad‑hoc emails and manual tracking.
Taskworld implemented a centralized task and project workflow that clarified responsibilities, improved scheduling, and cut internal email traffic significantly. As a result, BistroBox now has a company‑wide view of projects, better task prioritization, and team members who know exactly what to focus on — outcomes BistroBox attributes directly to Taskworld.
