CGI, one of the world’s largest IT and business consulting firms, faced a fragmented application services environment with disparate tools, duplicated data entry, and inconsistent workflows across thousands of clients. This made it difficult to standardize delivery, measure KPIs, and onboard teams efficiently. CGI turned to Tasktop Hub to help unify work management and support its Application Services Optimization Program (ASOP).
Tasktop Hub enabled CGI to standardize integrations between CGI’s Jira and client tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Remedy, Micro Focus ALM, and Jama through near-real-time, bi-directional synchronization. The result was faster project ramp-up by about six weeks, improved profitability, fewer human errors and SLA risks, and productivity gains equivalent to more than 7,500 days of staff capacity per year. Tasktop also gave CGI leaders a centralized view of project metrics and improved client satisfaction.
