Malte Haaning Plastic A/S, the manufacturer of HAMA plastic beads, faced challenges in tracking numerous small components in their warehouse and needed a system that could be used by production workers with little IT experience. They partnered with Tasklet Factory to implement the Tasklet Mobile WMS solution with handheld scanners for barcode scanning.

Tasklet Factory configured its Mobile WMS to fit the existing workflows of the production staff, making it user-friendly and providing easy access to data in Dynamics NAV. The solution eliminated the need for workers to walk to stationary PCs, improved control over warehouse processes, and led to higher quality and more consistent production. The system was well-received by employees and eliminated initial fears of a slow implementation.
