With Taskfeed’s templates and Salesforce-based task management, OnApp created standardized deployment and POC playbooks that automatically generate project plans for each customer. Taskfeed also assigned tasks to Solution Engineers, enabled drag-and-drop progress updates, and let teams share live plans with customers through External Sharing to align on scope and timelines. As a result, OnApp improved visibility across all deployments, reduced manual admin work, and gave customers a clearer, more professional first impression.
