Pazmental uses ChatBots to Automate their Data Entry and Tracking

Pazmental, a home care provider for seniors with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and long-term care needs, was struggling with poor data management because its 70+ nurses recorded patient observations manually on paper during home visits. As a result, the valuable information was unstructured, hard to track, and difficult to turn into transparent reports for families.

To solve this, Pazmental worked with Tars to build an internal data collection chatbot for nurses using the Tars chatbot builder. Nurses now answer fixed questions in a structured format, which automatically sends data to Tars and eliminates manual entry. The result is easier monthly reporting, better monitoring of daily care activity, more efficient analysis, and a more transparent, effective service for patients and families.
