SAEBY Fish Canners, the world’s largest chemical‑free canned mackerel producer and a leading private‑label supplier in Europe, faced pressure from high volumes and very small margins and needed to become more data‑driven. The company struggled with scattered data across ERP and production systems, unreliable theoretical BOMs, slow detection of BOM errors, and limited visibility for following up production orders and pricing decisions.

SAEBY implemented TARGIT Decision Suite, formed a cross‑functional BI team, mapped production processes and data capture points, and defined five priority KPIs connecting Navision and Marel/Innova data.
