Origin Enterprises is a leading agri-services group (turnover €1.5B, ~2,300 employees, 108 locations) that supports sustainable crop and soil management for over 46,000 customers. The company struggled with inconsistent data across many sites, legacy systems after implementing Dynamics AX, and limited visibility into KPIs—problems compounded by low user adoption of new analytics practices.

Working with TARGIT’s Momentum workshops and the TARGIT Decision Suite, Origin standardized data from multiple sources and enabled self-service BI so everyday users can build dashboards and drill into live data on desktop or mobile. The result was a shift from static reports to dynamic, up-to-date analysis, faster decision-making (improved month-end reporting and working-capital insight), reduced reliance on Excel extracts, and a plan to scale from 60 to 300+ users while integrating more data sources.
