Giant Bicycles, the sole U.S. distributor for the world’s largest bicycle manufacturer, needed a way to streamline operations and turn thousands of daily orders and shipments into actionable insight. Data was scattered across disparate systems and trapped in Microsoft Dynamics AX with no user-friendly front end, forcing employees to manage many processes manually in Excel outside the data warehouse.
