Dechra, the UK-based global manufacturer of veterinary pharmaceuticals and related products, needed to replace manual, Excel-based reporting with a more automated BI approach. TARGIT implemented automated reporting, data validation, scheduled report distribution, and embedded dashboards inside Salesforce so Dechra’s sales team could access near real-time customer insights in one place. The solution helped free analysts from manual work, improved data accuracy and accessibility, and increased BI adoption across the business. Using TARGIT Insights, Dechra found that only 42% of licenses were active in the last 30 days, helping them better plan usage and future expansion; nearly 500 employees were using the embedded Salesforce solution in EMEA.
