3F relies on TARGIT to unify Denmark's largest labour union

3F is Denmark’s largest trade union, serving roughly 380,000 members with about 2,650 employees. The organization faced slow, IT-dependent reporting—only the IT team could produce basic reports—creating regular bottlenecks and leaving staff and members without timely access to the data needed for case handling and services.

3F deployed the TARGIT Decision Suite on top of a Microsoft SQL Server data warehouse to provide self-service analytics; employees across 80 departments can now pull reports with minimal training and members can access information themselves. The solution delivered substantial operational and administrative savings, faster case processing, increased flexibility, and improved service levels for members.
