A leading international restaurant reservation app partnered with Taptica to support large-scale mobile app install campaigns in the US. The customer’s challenge was to drive domestic user acquisition while attracting highly active users who would go on to complete restaurant bookings through the app.
Taptica launched targeted mobile campaigns across in-app and mobile web inventory, using programmatic optimization, A/B testing, localized creative, and event-based personalization to improve performance. The results were strong: over 135,000 installs, CPAs up to 50% below goal, cost per booking down up to 35%, nearly 50% of acquired users completed a booking, and Valentine’s Day creative drove CVRs up to 4X higher than standard ads.
