Kiwi.com, the global flight aggregator known for its Virtual Interlining technology, partnered with Taptica to generate new flight bookings on its website while meeting a strict cost-per-booking target. The challenge was to drive efficient growth across its key markets in the US and Europe without sacrificing booking quality.
Taptica responded with targeted Facebook campaigns, using lookalike audiences and detailed tracking of downstream user behavior such as flight searches, checkout starts, bookings, and purchase value to refine targeting and creative. The approach helped Taptica deliver strong performance for Kiwi.com, including cost per booking 2.5X below benchmarks, more than 10,000 average daily flight searches, and over 3,000% return on ad spend.
