Wondermall, a mobile eCommerce app for iOS, wanted to drive quality shopper acquisition while balancing scale, budget, and post-install engagement goals such as add-to-carts and order submits. To meet this challenge, the company partnered with Taptica to run targeted social install campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Taptica tested multiple channel and audience combinations, including joint Facebook/Instagram placements and interest-based targeting, then optimized toward the highest-performing setups. The approach delivered over 13K unique app installs, up to 5.2X more installs from affinity-based targeting and creative, and up to 3X higher Order Submit percentages from joint Facebook and Instagram placements.
