YEAY, a mobile shopping app, wanted to convert active new buyers and sellers across three major European markets while maintaining strong downstream engagement. To meet this challenge, the company partnered with Taptica and used targeted mobile campaigns across Facebook®, Instagram, and Audience Network.

Taptica split the strategy into separate buyer and seller campaigns with tailored creative, targeting, and event-tracking optimization, plus retargeting to boost post-install engagement. The results were strong: video create goals beat benchmarks by up to 312%, seller follow targets by 168%, and signup objectives by 153%, while retargeting drove up to 26X higher engagement rates with 6X lower spend.
