Why Ford's Garage Loves TapHunter

Ford’s Garage is a Florida-born restaurant chain built on a 1920s service-station concept that serves gourmet burgers and craft beer to a broad demographic. As it expanded from one location into multiple sites, the team needed a way to market local draft selections, manage digital drink boards, and forecast inventory and new-carry decisions across stores—so Bar Manager Brian “Nez” Nesbitt turned to TapHunter and its TapHunter software and digital drink board tools.

TapHunter’s software and analytics were deployed in every Ford’s Garage location to power digital menus, “beer of the month” promotions, and sales/interest tracking. The insights helped the team spot surprising local trends, make smarter stocking choices, improve inventory forecasting, and streamline offerings (moving to about 150 bottles, 15 core drafts and 11 in rotation), and Ford’s Garage plans to use TapHunter for future menu rollouts as it continues to grow.
