Kaged, a health and wellness brand known for clean, fully dosed supplements, wanted a branded mobile app experience for its most valuable customers. Working with Tapcart, Kaged set out to create an app that would make shopping fast, present product and regimen information in a clean, on-brand format, and foster community through transformation stories, challenges, reviews, and brand updates.

With Tapcart’s Shopify app platform, Kaged launched an app that matched its website’s look and feel while highlighting exclusive content, early product access, and app-only offers. The results were strong: Kaged reported 4.5x higher conversion rate on app vs. desktop, 19% higher AOV on app vs. website, 97.5% in-app user retention, and a 135.36% ROI on its Tapcart Enterprise plan.
