LSKD, an Australian functional sportswear brand, needed a direct, on‑demand channel to reach and retain customers without relying so heavily on paid Facebook ads and SMS. To diversify acquisition and re‑engagement channels and give their community a premium mobile experience, LSKD launched a native mobile app using Tapcart’s platform.

The results were dramatic: GMV rose 32.5% in month one and a further 45.3% in month two, the app now generates 35% of gross revenue, delivers 5.3x average GMV versus mobile web and a 31x higher conversion rate, with Tapcart’s app and push strategy producing immediate spikes in sessions and sales.
