With Tapcart, BrüMate launched an app that used push notifications, app-exclusive products, and exclusive discounts to drive downloads, repeat purchases, and higher-value orders. The app became a resilient revenue channel, contributing 10% to 20% of monthly sales, delivering 56% higher sales per session than the website and a 43% higher conversion rate, while also helping BrüMate increase MER and scale paid acquisition more aggressively.
