Aviator Nation’s mobile app is the digital extension of the brand’s in-store experiences

Aviator Nation, a fashion and apparel brand known for its community-driven in-store experiences, wanted a way to extend that same energy into digital while keeping customers engaged between events. The challenge was bridging the gap between its IRL store activations and its online presence, especially as retention became increasingly important and customer acquisition costs rose. Tapcart helped power the brand’s mobile app strategy as part of its Shopify-based ecommerce stack.

Tapcart enabled Aviator Nation to launch and manage a mobile app with push notifications, app-exclusive promotions, QR code-driven acquisition, and integrations with tools like Yotpo, Rebuy, and Klaviyo. The results were strong: app users saw 23% higher conversion rate and 35% higher revenue per session than web shoppers, Rebuy X Tapcart helped increase AOV by 15%, and app installs grew 183% in Q4. Tapcart also contributed 10% of Aviator Nation’s BFCM revenue, making the app a key driver of repeat purchases and full-funnel growth.
