With Tap My Back, COMON used features like Taps and Pulse Surveys, along with integrations such as Slack and Microsoft Teams, to streamline recognition and gather ongoing employee insights. The results were strong: 78 active users covered nearly 100% of the workforce, users reported being in a positive mood 76% of the time, and survey response rates reached 78%, helping COMON maintain engagement and communication even through the pandemic.
