Arker, a Brazilian Trade Promotion Management startup acquired by Neogrid, wanted to strengthen its company values and build an innovation culture as it grew, especially during and after the pandemic when remote work made connection and recognition more difficult. To support this, the company looked for an employee recognition and feedback solution that could work in Portuguese and integrate directly with Microsoft Teams.

Tap My Back provided the answer with a recognition, private feedback, and pulse survey platform integrated with Office 365 and MS Teams, and Arker rolled it out in about a week. The result was stronger alignment with company culture and values, an innovation mindset, more than 30 taps and 90 retaps per month on average, over 500 survey and feedback responses, and a gamified newcomer program that rewarded top contributors with prizes and digital trophies.
