Farm & Stable rides HR trends with Tap My Back

Farm & Stable, a UK-based equine products company founded in 1975, wanted a better way to recognize employees’ work and strengthen communication and morale across the team. They turned to Tap My Back, an employee engagement and recognition platform, to help solve the challenge of limited peer-to-peer recognition and keep staff connected, especially as hybrid and pandemic-era distance became a concern.

With Tap My Back, Farm & Stable introduced peer recognition, pulse surveys, feedback for monthly meetings, and value-based “Taps” to reward effort and achievements. The results were strong: 80% of the workforce actively uses the platform, 27 active users gave 1,000 taps in just the first six months of 2021, and the employee with the most taps each month wins a prize, helping Tap My Back support engagement, motivation, and company culture.
