Phase one reduced two floors to one 8,700 sq ft floor with 27 desks—saving $287,000 annually, boosting reported collaboration for 98% of employees and driving a reported 102% increase in productivity—and phase two consolidated seven floors into three for a 46% square-foot reduction and about $3.3 million per year in savings.
