Ferguson Enterprises, the largest U.S. commercial and residential plumbing wholesaler with 31,000 associates across 1,600 locations, faced the challenge of turning its new 260,000 sq. ft. HQ into a resilient, hybrid workplace that could support flexible seating, safe returns during the pandemic, and contact tracing, sanitization and capacity controls. After evaluating options with partner VIcom, Ferguson selected Tango Reserve by AgilQuest to provide the workplace management platform they needed.
Tango Reserve by AgilQuest was implemented to enable desk and room booking, visibility into teammate locations, enforced distancing and cleaning windows, and contact-tracing reports; Ferguson also used Reserve’s Dynamic Assets and Services to streamline event bookings (including reserving IT support). Combined with targeted Hoteling 101 and Conference Room 101 training to drive adoption, the solution delivered a seamless shift to hybrid operations during COVID, improved event and space-management efficiency, produced operational savings, and is now being rolled out across other locations for broader resiliency and flexibility.
