RSM, a top-five accounting firm with more than 10,000 employees across 40+ offices, was under pressure to reduce operating costs and improve service margins. After using the AgilQuest classic product in 2016, RSM turned to Tango to streamline meeting-room booking and deliver a better overall user experience.

Tango migrated RSM to Tango Reserve, adding MS Exchange integration and QR-code booking while enabling measurement of real estate utilization to inform a company-wide occupancy plan. In under six months Tango completed the rollout across 40+ locations, improving employee productivity and flexibility and providing the usage data RSM needed to justify workplace changes and reduce operating costs.
