Tango implemented site modeling and predictive analytics powered by UberMedia’s precise mobile location data, enabling the franchisee to pinpoint customer visit patterns (where customers went immediately before and after a store) and identify shopping generators. Tango’s solution removed the need for costly customer surveying, improved forecasting and cannibalization planning, and directly supported the franchisee’s confident expansion toward more than 400 restaurants.
