Tango implemented Tango Reserve by AgilQuest to provide desk and room booking, capacity controls, cleaning buffers, contact-tracing reports, and Dynamic Assets for event “shopping cart” services (including booking IT support). The solution streamlined hybrid scheduling, increased user confidence through targeted training, reduced workplace inefficiencies, and delivered operational savings and business resiliency that Ferguson can scale across other locations.
