CohnReznick LLP, a national professional services firm, needed to optimize expensive real estate, reduce footprint and operating costs, and maintain employee experience while transitioning from traditional assigned seating to shared spaces. To manage reservations and capture utilization data, CohnReznick selected Tango and its Tango Reserve platform to support the move to flexible workspaces.

Tango implemented Tango Reserve (including mobile apps and kiosk interfaces) and its analytics engine, rolling out across offices in months and onboarding over 2,500 employees. The solution simplified booking, enabled capacity controls and contact-tracing during COVID, and delivered utilization and occupancy reports that let CohnReznick repurpose underused spaces and make data-driven consolidation decisions — improving safety, efficiency, and space optimization.
