A Tangiblee Case Study
The Watches of Switzerland Group (WOSG), an internationally renowned luxury watch and jewellery retailer, wanted a scalable, user-centric virtual try-on experience that could match its best-in-class showroom service online. To solve this challenge, WOSG turned to Tangiblee and its virtual try-on (VTO) solution for watches and jewellery.
Tangiblee initially A/B tested its VTO on Goldsmiths, where it delivered incremental lifts in conversion rate and a strong return on investment. Based on those results, Tangiblee was rolled out to four additional WOSG sites, including multi-SKU experiences like jewellery layering and ring stacking, helping bridge the gap between in-store and online shopping.
