H&T Pawnbrokers, the UK's largest pawnbroker with over 270 stores, faced a significant e-commerce challenge due to its fast-paced, one-of-a-kind inventory. Their catalog of luxury watches and jewelry was in a constant state of flux, making it impossible to create traditional model photography for every item. They partnered with the vendor Tangiblee to find a scalable solution to provide an immersive online shopping experience that could keep up with their dynamic product turnover.
Tangiblee implemented its On-Model and Virtual Try-On features, allowing customers to visualize products on a model's hand or on themselves using augmented reality without the need for new photography from H&T. The solution was deployed quickly and could easily handle the ever-changing inventory. The results were a 380.55% increase in conversion rates and a 120.23% increase in revenue per visitor during a proof-of-concept period, leading H&T to immediately adopt Tangiblee's services fully.
