A Tangiblee Case Study

Preview of the The Little Green Bag Case Study

How The Little Green Bag reduced returns online, in multiple countries

The Little Green Bag, a Netherlands-based retailer of trendy bags, jewelry, watches, and accessories, saw its online sales surge during the pandemic but also experienced rising return rates across its multi-country e-commerce sites. To help shoppers choose the right size and build more confidence before buying, the company looked for a scalable solution that would work across different countries and languages. Tangiblee was selected for its virtual sizing and product visualization tools.

Tangiblee implemented Adjustable Silhouettes and product comparison features using existing product images and data, with a lightweight no-code integration that worked across The Little Green Bag’s sites. The results were strong: more than 50% of visitors used the tool in a trial, conversion increased by 68.4% for users who interacted with Tangiblee, and revenue per visitor rose by 78.13%. On some best-selling items, returns were cut from 40% to 20%, and the solution also helped support faster rollout across thousands of SKUs.
