Apt2B, an online furniture retailer, wanted to reduce the risk and uncertainty shoppers face when buying large, high-consideration items digitally. Because customers couldn’t see, measure, or compare furniture in person, Apt2B needed a better way to help shoppers feel confident about fit, scale, and style while maintaining its boutique brand experience.
Apt2B implemented Tangiblee’s visualization technology to show how products would look in a customer’s actual room and alongside other items. Tangiblee was easy to integrate, and the impact was strong: pages with the Tangiblee CTA saw conversion rates increase by nearly 8x in an A/B test, while average order value rose 11.8% and revenue per visitor also increased.
