F.HINDS, one of the UK’s largest jewelry retailers, wanted to give shoppers a more confident online buying experience as ecommerce became more important for high-consideration purchases. The company had already invested in SEO, PPC, and a responsive website, and turned to Tangiblee’s interactive product visualization tools to help customers better understand product size and appearance before buying.
Tangiblee was deployed across 2,000 top-selling SKUs in a 2016 test campaign, enabling richer browsing and true-to-life sizing perspectives. The results were strong: Tangiblee drove a 31% increase in users browsing products and a 20% increase in overall conversion rates, while also supporting F.HINDS’ goal of improving sales confidence and reducing returns.
