JLL, a global commercial real estate company with over 90,000 employees, faced challenges with high growth leading to inconsistent onboarding experiences across its many international offices. This lack of a formal global program resulted in longer ramp times, steep productivity costs, and troubling attrition rates. JLL partnered with Tangelo to implement an automated, enterprise-ready HR onboarding solution to address these issues.

Using Tangelo's platform, JLL built a fully customizable global onboarding program with Workday integration. The solution dynamically created tailored task lists and learning paths for each new hire based on their role and location, while also allowing local HR teams to add their own content. The results were substantial: JLL saw a 6% year-over-year decrease in new hire attrition and approximately $3 million in productivity cost savings, alongside a significant improvement in new hires' intention to stay with the company.
