Doktor.se, a major Nordic hybrid healthcare provider, faced a significant administrative challenge as its 1,250+ clinicians were overwhelmed by manual documentation. This burden, stemming from 2.5 million annual patient visits, consumed hours each day and increased staff stress. They turned to vendor Tandem Health and its AI medical scribe service to find a solution that would ease this pressure without disrupting their workflows.

Tandem implemented its AI scribe, which operates during both virtual and in-person consultations to automatically draft clinical notes. This solution saved clinicians 1-2 hours per day, allowing them to redistribute that time to patient care. To date, over 10,000 notes have been generated, making workflows smoother and less stressful while maintaining accurate and patient-safe documentation. The tool was successfully scaled across Doktor.se's more than 25 clinics following a rapid and positive adoption by their clinical community.
