The implementation saved an average of 29% documentation time per clinician and eliminated post-consultation headaches for staff. Following a successful pilot of 12,500 consultations, the Trust signed a three-year, trust-wide rollout. This will provide 1,000 clinicians with access to Tandem's tool, potentially supporting 250,000 appointments annually and saving an estimated 1,000 clinical hours across the organization each day.
