Marico, a leading consumer products group since 1990 with over 1,500 employees across 25+ countries, needed to scale a virtual global sales team but faced limited recruiting bandwidth and geographic constraints. The company required a fast, cost-effective, mobile-first way to centralize and standardize hiring, engage candidates, assess cognitive and behavioral skills remotely, and reduce time and cost to hire.
Marico piloted Talview’s Instahiring — a “remote, automate, reuse” platform using tailored MCQ cognitive tests, remotely proctored assessments and interviews, and asynchronous video with behavioral insights — to centralize recruitment and streamline candidate engagement. The program processed 5,000 applicants and delivered 4,250 hires across four locations in 18 months, drastically reduced hiring managers’ initial-round effort, improved candidate experience, and has since expanded to other roles and markets.
