Securens is a Navi Mumbai–based enterprise that provides SaaS e-surveillance products and real‑time “active deterrence” solutions and was scaling rapidly—planning ~10 new offices with an employee base of ~520 and annual hiring of ~350. Their urgent challenges were hiring fast while protecting sensitive client data (limiting in‑office interviews), overcoming referral bias and inconsistent screening, and recruiting across tier‑II/III locations where infrastructure and campus‑drive logistics made traditional hiring slow and costly.

Securens adopted Talview’s recruitment automation—asynchronous video interviews (which work on low bandwidth), public interview links, and mobile tools—to standardize and govern screening, reach wider candidate pools, and cut coordination overhead.
