Paywatch, a Malaysian fintech company serving employees in Malaysia, Hong Kong, and South Korea, wanted to build a solid foundation for customer acquisition and retention. To do this, Paywatch turned to Talon.One’s promotion software, using its loyalty and referral products to create a point-based loyalty program and reduce transaction costs.

Talon.One implemented a flexible promotions setup that lets employers assign loyalty points based on employee seniority, which employees can redeem for vouchers in the app. Talon.One also enabled a referral program with rewards for both advocates and referred customers, helping Paywatch grow its user base and lower acquisition costs without building promotions from scratch.
