National Express, the UK’s largest scheduled coach operator, faced an outdated legacy promotions platform that created inefficient workflows, lots of manual spreadsheet work, and an inability to handle high-volume, time- and location-based offers. Talon.One migrated National Express’ legacy system (integrated in 2 months) and enabled use of its Campaign Manager and Rule Builder to create complex coupon terms, runaway discounts, fraud prevention, and automated campaigns.
