A Talon.One Case Study
The global beauty retailer Sephora partnered with the vendor Talon.One to evolve its renowned Beauty Insider loyalty program beyond traditional points and coupons. The challenge was to deepen customer engagement by building both behavioral and emotional loyalty, ensuring the program remained exciting and difficult for competitors to replicate.
Using the Talon.One platform, Sephora implemented a gamified solution called Beauty Insider Challenges. This new feature encouraged members to complete a mix of online, in-store, transactional, and non-transactional actions to earn bonus points. The solution from Talon.One was tremendously successful, tripling expected participation and driving over 2 million new Beauty Insider signups through its first two challenges.
