Twinset, the Italian fashion brand founded in 1987 selling across online platforms, physical stores and outlets, needed a way to deliver frictionless omnichannel promotions, automatically generate coupons, and bring retail and ecommerce teams together. Talon.One was integrated in 4–5 months and let Twinset manage promotions in a single environment, automatically create personalized coupons at every selling point, and simulate campaigns before going live. As a result, Talon.One helped Twinset remove at least two middleware layers, implement one‑time omnichannel campaign setups instead of separate in‑store and online processes, speed up campaign delivery, and increase overall operational efficiency by uniting the teams.
