Joe & The Juice, the global QSR brand known for its juices, sandwiches, and Tunacado, wanted to scale its promotional strategy and strengthen customer lifetime value as it expanded across 20 countries. With 450 stores worldwide and growing digital sales, the company needed a more flexible way to run personalized, omnichannel loyalty and promotions across its app, in-store, and delivery touchpoints. Talon.One provided the loyalty, coupons, and discounts capabilities to support that goal.
With Talon.One, Joe & The Juice revamped its loyalty program to deliver personalized offers, tie promotions to loyalty behavior, and launch app-exclusive incentives to drive downloads and engagement. The solution was implemented with EPAM and integrated with Braze, mParticle, and commercetools to create a connected customer experience. While no direct uplift from Talon.One was quantified, the case study notes that Joe & The Juice registered a 17% revenue increase in 2024 to over DKK 2.8 billion, with digital sales reaching 33% of total business.
