Dáme jídlo, the largest food-ordering platform in the Czech Republic, was growing rapidly but had no dedicated promotion infrastructure and relied on developers to build complex promotion logic. They needed a pre-built solution that marketing could manage, could automate discounts and notifications for upselling, and would free developers from promotional code — so they adopted Talon.One’s promotion engine, integrating it with their mobile platform, Braze, and existing BI/CRM tools.
Talon.One implemented a centralized promotion platform that triggers messages in their mobile stack and Braze, converts customer and session data into custom attributes, and generates targeted coupons and automated campaigns. The solution produced over a million single-use coupons, supports up to 150,000 daily API requests, consolidated cross-department promotions, automated thousands of marketing processes, and gave Dáme jídlo’s marketing team full independence from developers.
