Dagrofa, one of Denmark’s leading grocery groups and food wholesale/logistics companies, wanted to revamp its loyalty program to strengthen customer loyalty across its 520-store network. The retailer needed a comprehensive solution that could handle large member data volumes, personalized promotions at scale, store-level loyalty programs, coupons and vouchers, and flexible incentives. Dagrofa selected Talon.One’s Loyalty and Coupons products to support these goals.
Talon.One now serves as the core application in Dagrofa’s loyalty tech stack, integrating with Google BigQuery, mParticle, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Vikings POS to power earning and redemption of points, rewards, and vouchers across online and in-store channels. Talon.One also enables card-linking for a smoother customer experience and lets Dagrofa tailor campaigns centrally for individual brands and stores. The expected impact is a larger loyal customer base, higher customer lifetime value, and stronger emotional engagement.
