Agora is a Peru-based mobile banking app empowering over 500,000 users to manage cashless payments and savings in a market where more than 60% of people are unbanked. Facing rapid growth, high-security requirements and the need for diverse, scalable promotions that integrate with multiple POS systems, Agora chose Talon.One and its promotion engine/API to deliver flexible, secure marketing and customer-acquisition tools.

Talon.One implemented a turnkey solution—setting up custom attributes, events and rules, creating unique tracking codes and attribution models, and using webhooks and dynamic notifications to tie coupons to user IDs and sessions. The integration (completed in about two weeks) let Agora run coupons, referrals, discounts and loyalty programs at scale, reach hundreds of thousands of customers, and grow to over 500,000 users in the last year while freeing engineer time and giving granular control over campaigns.
